I´m not sure what to tell. The german photo agency "picture machine" is difficulty. I've made there few sales, but these to normal agency-conditions. I imagine the agency is interesting for the press pictures and for those, they want make there self marketing, the goal is by the sensationally simple upload process it makes however none strives the pictures to adjust. For a few euros a month you can make your own photo agency. With german and english keywords.
The photos are automatically uploadet into german APIS network and can be found by huge press-agencies. Accordingly the prices are different, between few euros until 150,- euros.
